Once purchased, you will receive an email with a download link for your labels. All ToteScan labels are unique, no duplicates anywhere in the world (globally unique and private)
Order exactly the number of labels you need (minimum 10). Our single-label downloads are perfect for label and thermal printers. Choose vibrant color (if your printer supports it) or classic black & white. Simply choose your label size, color, and quantity.
Our 4"x6" labels print on standard (4x6) thermal label printers like the ArkScan 2054A. For those with the mini thermal printers (Phomemo, Nelko, etc), we support standard label sizes for those machines as well. Most of these printers only support black/white, but if yours supports color, you can choose from our color label options.
After purchase you will receive a PDF file in the label size selected, as well as a CSV file of the actual data of the labels. The PDF can be printed directly to your printer. The CSV file can be used to import into some label software to enable you to make custom scannable ToteScan labels.
